Phil Haugen, Hospitality and Leadership Consultant, Phillip Haugen Consulting LLC
Phil Haugen is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in tribal gaming, hospitality, and economic development. He retired in 2025 after a distinguished career with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians, including senior leadership roles with the Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority, Northern Quest Resort & Casino, Kalispel Casino, and Kalispel Golf and Country Club. As Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, Phil helped grow the Tribe’s business portfolio into a diversified economic engine grounded in tribal values. He now leads Phillip Haugen Consulting, advising organizations on tribal enterprise growth, hospitality operations, and leadership development.

Meghan Lobdell, Sales and Special Events Manager, Spokane Tribe Casino
Meghan Lobdell is the Sales and Special Events Manager at Spokane Tribe Resort and Casino, where she oversees everything from corporate meetings and conferences to concerts and large-scale celebrations. She’s passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, building strong client relationships, and finding creative ways to drive event revenue in a fast-paced casino environment. Known for her hands-on approach and ability to adapt on the fly, Meghan works closely with hotel, food and beverage, and operations teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Tucker Louie-McGee, Director of Hospitality, CDA Casino
Tucker Louie-McGee is the Hospitality Director at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, where he oversees guest experience and hospitality operations for one of the region’s premier entertainment destinations. He holds an MBA from Eastern Washington University and has progressed through multiple leadership roles within the organization, gaining hands-on experience across marketing, promotions, and facilities management. Tucker is passionate about innovation, service excellence, and creating meaningful guest experiences rooted in strong leadership and community values.

Elizabeth Mayer, Director of Sales and Special Events, Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino
Elizabeth is the Director of Sales and Special Events at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino, bringing over 15 years of hospitality leadership experience. She joined the resort in 2021 as Director of Food & Beverage after an 11‑year tenure at CDA Casino, where she advanced to property beverage manager. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s in business administration in 2018 from Washington State University and completed her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California in 2024. She balances her advancing career with raising two young sons alongside her husband. Her career reflects dedication to hospitality excellence, continuous education, and strategic leadership in dynamic casino resort environments.

TerRon Miles, Director of Hotel Operations, Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino
TerRon Miles is the Director of Hotel Operations at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino, overseeing daily operations and supporting the resort’s ongoing growth. Born and raised in New Orleans, he began his hospitality career in 2010 as a Doorman at The Saint James Hotel while still in high school and continued advancing through roles such as Bellman, Night Audit, and Valet during his studies at Xavier University of Louisiana. In 2012, he enlisted in the Army Reserves to help fund his education and later progressed to Front Office Manager at The Lafayette Hotel. His experience expanded at Harrah’s New Orleans in roles including VIP Coordinator, Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Hotel Manager, and Executive Housekeeper. In 2023, he led a $20 million renovation as Director of Hotel Operations at Horseshoe Bossier City before briefly supporting operations at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans in 2025, ultimately transitioning into his current leadership role in Washington.

Jolene Stewart, Executive Director of Security and Surveillance, Snoqualmie Casino
Jolene Stewart, MBA, is a seasoned leader in casino surveillance and security operations with nearly two decades of experience in the gaming industry. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Security and Surveillance at Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel where she has spent the past 18 years. An Army veteran, Jolene brings disciplined strategic approach to leadership and operational excellence. She is known for her practical insights on surveillance innovation, leadership in high stakes environments, and building resilient teams. Jolene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Security Management and an MBA from Washington State University and is actively engaged in professional surveillance and gaming industry boards across the nation.
